The part I ordered had matching part numbers, but did not fix my TV. Short Circuit Solutions did offer me an exchange part or refund! That is rare! If I need to fix another appliance in the future, I will go with Short Circuit Solutions again!

Having 2 TV's of the same model, I was able to successfully troubleshoot the problem. The part ordered worked perfectly. My only issue was ordering via UPS delivery, only for them to deliver to my local post office. This meant a 2 day delay in receiving my order + a 12 mile round trip to get it.
