Open communication with the whole shipping process, however shipping box was crushed and power supply board was broken, tried to file claim with UPS but only received error code, but vendor has stepped up to send another board, with replace when it arrived.
Always nervous ordering from the internet, but this was legit! Item was correct for my model and shipping was fast. Tracking was accurate and was given frequent text notifications of shipping progress Would visit again for replacement items.
Arrived when it was supposed to and the part worked great - as expected.
Actually solved my issue on my Sony. I was surprised. I did get the extra warranty, as who knows how long it will work, but, I am amazed thus far.

Saved TV from landfill. Board worked great.
I received the board pretty quickly, but it didn’t resolve my problems so I’m gonna keep the board for another project. I will buy from this company again.

Google search said i needed a power board for my samsung tv that wouldn't turn on. Searched / ordered over internet, installed, fixed TV. accomplished what i set out to do.
Board arrived well packaged, no issues with delivery. And now my beloved Panasonic plasma TV is back alive !
PERFECT MATCH AND THE PART IS GOOD AND PERFECT BUT DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. STILL GOT VERTICAL LINES ON THE SCREEN. TV IS ONLY 9 MONTHS OLD AND HAS NOT GOTTEN HIT OR IMPACTED BY ANYTHING THAT WOUDL HURT THE SCREEN PANEL. SO NOT SURE. WILL PROBALY HAVE TO GET A NEW TV .......THANKS AGAIN YOU GUYS ARE GREAT
